“As marketing director of The Estridge Companies, I worked closely with Loree Everette and her team at Phanomen/design for more than a year on the relocation of our company’s corporate offices to Clay Terrace in Carmel, Indiana and the creation of HOMExperience, a one-of-a-kind home accessories and home sales retail experience. All team members played a vital role in the project and Phanomen/design managed all aspects of the project and design including the initial programming of our extensive requirements, creation of our HOMExperience logo and storefront, designs and bids for all exterior signage and awnings, complete interior design and formation of full construction documents for these areas plus the 8,000 square foot home design selection center, and administered all phases of construction.

The design process included countless hours of planning, design, development, and project administration for our 28,000+ square foot office & retail space, as we have many divisions and companies under the umbrellas of The Estridge Companies. Loree Everette and her team were sensitive to our requirements and took time to learn how the different companies interact. Phanomen/design was not satisfied with typical design solutions because they understand that we are a creative company and we desire a working environment that reflects our image and our attention to detail. We felt comfortable knowing that they researched and recommended the materials, vendors and solutions that would result in a truly sustainable and dynamic environment to represent our company.

It was a pleasure to work with the Phanomen/design team on our project and I would recommend them to anyone who aspires to get the most out of their relationship with their design team. They were excellent partners throughout the entire process, making sure every detail was complete and even filling in gaps that the contractors overlooked to be sure we met our deadlines.
