 At our newest creation - The
International Banquet Hall at Junior Achievement
Education Center - This dynamic new venue is now available and open to
the public. PHANOMEN/design was proud
to partner with IUPUI in a new flagship internship
program to design the new International Banquet
Hall at the Gene B. Glick Junior Achievement
Education Center located at 7435 North Keystone
Avenue. A special thanks goes to Hilary Tiefert
and Heather Bussell (IUPUI interns that help
with this project) and Darrell Nickolson (Lecturer
at IUPUI)! On November 16, 2006, the new design
was officially unveiled to the public and we
celebrated the completion of Phase I of this

Health Chiropractic- PHANOMEN/design was privileged
to work with Dr. Kyle Hoeft and his wife, Rhonda, on the image development
for their new practice near 106th St.
and Michigan Rd.,
Carmel, IN. The interior design features
a custom reception desk
and bench seating, as well as a slate water fountain, all within a backdrop of rich chocolate woods,
relaxing sky blue, and soothing cream wall finishes. PHANOMEN also designed
the company logo (seen here) and additional

Loree O. Everette, President of PHANOMEN/design Awarded Young
Professional of the Year- Loree
Everette has been awarded the 2006 Young Professional
of the Year award by the Young Professionals
of Central Indiana. The Young Professional of the Year award was given to
5 recipients who have demonstrated exceptional
professional and community leadership in Central
Indiana. The award is designed to recognize
outstanding achievements in professional excellence,
leadership, and civic involvement within the
Central Indiana community. Bill Rancic,
of the Trump Organization, presented
awards at the IMA on Sept. 29th, 2006.
AND DIFFERENT FOLKS...
We are proud to introduce the newest member
to the PHANOMEN staff - DuJuanna London,
Designer - DuJuanna London,
a 2006 Ball State University graduate, joined
Phanomen in August of this year. After interning
with PHANOMEN/design in the summer of 2005,
she went on to receive a Bachelor of Science
in Interior Design, and is now back with the
firm as a full-time designer to continue our
successful collaboration. DuJuanna brings
a dedication to business growth and an outstanding
design aesthetic to the firm. We are excited
